Oh, there was no need to try harder in their little challenges, he was just giving it some flare. There were plenty of times Zagreus had the advantage over Death, he was often faster, and more vicious when fighting, honestly, Thanatos sometimes just liked to hang back a little, pull his punches so he could watch him work. He liked watching him.

"That's not it, Zagreus." He said, drifting over, closer to the Prince until he was practically upon him as his chest was poked, setting a hand against his shoulder and though it was non-threatening, he pushed Zagreus backward.

In fact, Thanatos continued to push him back until the Prince would find his back bumped into one of the ruined pillars in the middle of the chamber. Thanatos lowered his feet, almost to the ground, his other hand resting against the same stone that Zagerus's back pressed against.

"That's not it at all. I wanted it over with fast so I had more time with you, Zagreus."

"Uh..."

Zagreus' brain sort of stopped as Thanatos backed him towards the pillar. It wasn't meant to be threatening and yet it still got his blood pumping. There was such strength and confidence in the action. Than had a plan for him and that was so very interesting and so very hot.

"If you want more time with me all you have to do is ask," Zagreus said when he found his voice again. He licked his lips. Than's plans could be anything. Zagreus shouldn't immediately leap to intimate things.

It was hard not to when Thanatos had been incredibly sexy from the moment he showed himself in this plane of the Underworld. "I can wait before I move on."

Thanatos leans in then, his face so close to Zagreus' that he was sure the Prince could feel his cold breath against his lips. Lightly glowing golden eyes gazed down into those beautiful miss-matched hues that stared back up at him.

"Had I asked at the wrong time, had I been pulled away by commitments or you by a chance to escape? Then what? No, no I'm not asking for your time, Zagreus... I'm taking it." His voice was low and hushed, with something in the undertone of that usually dry, deadpan tone that had a hint of passion in it for a change.

Zagreus was right, to let his mind jump to intimate things, for that was exactly what Thanatos wanted. Unbuckling the golden wing pauldron he wore and letting it fall to the ground, in turn loosening the fabric of his toga as he stepped closer, a strong muscular leg pressing between the Princes. "You can't move on just yet. I'm not done with you. I've not even begun..."

"Oh."

Zagreus swallowed around the lump in his throat. He knew Thanatos could be commanding and forceful. He had argued against Zagreus' repeated escape attempts before agreeing to help him. That commanding presence hadn't been turned on him in a long time. It had a powerful effect.

He was tempted to get on his knees right then and let Than have utter control of him. He was the only one Zagreus gave that privilege to. No one else would get him to surrender so easily.

"Just... tell me what you want," he said, his eyes roaming over Than's bare chest. "I'll give you everything I can."

Zagreus dropped his weapon on to the ground and reached out to help Thanatos get his toga off. His own clothing could wait because Thanatos naked was one of Zag's favorite things.

Thanatos loomed over the tiny God as he pinned him there against a broken collum. Watching the way his adam's apple bobbed in his throat when he swallowed. Watching the look in his eyes as he realized what it was that Death was after.

Had Zagreus actually gotten down onto his knees before Thanatos, it might have been a very different encounter indeed? But he didn't, not yet anyway and so Thanatos continued with his plans.

"That's all I ask of you, my Prince. Give me your all..." He said in a low, demanding tone, cupping Zagreus' chin in hand as the smaller God helped to remove his robes. Hovering there now bare to the elements, his dark robes in a heap on the floor below him. His other hand hitched up the tunic of Zagreus' top, only to slide down the front of those tight bottoms he wore. Hoping he made his intentions clear.

Zagreus swallowed again, his mouth going dry in the best way. He pressed into Than's hand and whimpered softly. That felt very good. His cock immediately started to respond, filling against Thanatos' palm.

"I'll give you anything you want," he promised his voice low and warm. His eyes roamed hungrily over Thanatos. No matter how many times he saw him like this he was still the most beautiful being Zagreus had ever seen. Something he would never tell Aphrodite lest that start a fight.

It was a little hard to think of what Thanatos was asking for though. Zagreus' higher brain functions all disappeared as he started to get hard and think about sex.

Zagreus hoped that Thanatos felt he was adorable when he was stupid because well it happened a lot.
